The project aim at improving communication on sustainable development and energy efficiency by piloting effective communication strategies in partner countries/organizations. Strategies will be based on mapped best practise, transnational workshops to create key messages, partnership cooperation and with support from external communication experts. Communication managers in different organizations will be involved and plans will be made to implement the strategies. Based on learnings from the pilots, a plan will be developed for a transnational communication platform for sustainability and energy efficiency, providing communciation assistance to project developers and when producing new communication strategies. The partnership consist of highly experient representatives from key organizations especially selected for energy efficiency in the Baltic Sea Region, having taking part in the Baltic Leadership Program.
