Marek Adamus

Power engineer, Energy auditor.

Graduated from the Silesian University of Technology – Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Power Engineering in 1999. He has the permit granted on basis of a State level exams to issue certificates of energy characteristics. He has honed his skills on many courses and trainings, including a six-month course preparing him for the role of energy auditor carried out by the Fundacja Poszanowania Energii.

Since December 2023, he has worked at the Polish Foundation for Energy Efficiency in Katowice as a project manager. Collaborating on the implementation of the “Stop Smog” programme implemented by the Metropolis GZM in the area of 11 municipalities in the Silesian Voivodeship.

Main activity areas:

Energy audits in residential, public and industrial buildings;
Renovation audits;
Energy efficiency audits;
Acquisition, handling and settlement of national and EU funds for
investments related to environmental protection and energy efficiency;
Conducting trainings, presentations;
Operation of project helplines.
